Yes! Ebuyer is 100% safe and reliable. All payments are secure and your personal details are kept totally private. As soon as you’ve made a payment, Ebuyer will send you an order confirmation email, which includes an order number. You’ll then be able to track your order on the Delivery Tracking tool.

Does Ebuyer sell goods second-hand?

No. All the stock in the Ebuyer warehouse is brand new and comes straight from the manufacturers.

Where are Ebuyer’s headquarters?

Ebuyer has its headquarters and distribution facility in Howden, East Yorkshire. This is where all orders are processed and dispatched.

Does Ebuyer offer finance?

Ebuyer offers a finance option on many of its items through PayPal Credit. There is a minimum spend of £99, and if finance is available this will be indicated on the product page. You can apply for finance at the checkout.

To be accepted, you’ll need to answer a few questions and accept the terms of payment. Cashback might not be available on items bought with finance, so read our terms and conditions before you choose a payment option.

What is Ebuyer’s returns policy?

If you’ve changed your mind about an order you’ve just placed, you can cancel it at any point before its delivery. However, if you no longer want an item that Ebuyer has delivered to you, you’ll need to request a return using the online returns form.

You have fourteen days from delivery to request a return for an item if you change your mind, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Once your request is approved you’ll have thirty days to return the item at your own expense. The Ebuyer returns page has advice on how to return large and/or fragile items.

How much is delivery?

It depends on which option you choose. Free standard delivery is available on all orders of fifty pounds or more, but other delivery options vary in price according to item size. Other options include Next Working Day, 2 Working Days, 3 Working Days, and Saturday Delivery.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

It depends on when you place your order and which option you choose. You can choose for your delivery to arrive the next working day, in two days, three days or within five working days.

For most delivery options you’ll need to order before 11pm. However, for next-day delivery, you’ll need to order before 6pm, or can pay a little extra to order between 6-11pm.

What is the Ebuyer Price Match Promise?

If you’ve bought an item with Ebuyer and find it available for a lower price elsewhere, you’ll have seven days to call or email Ebuyer to request that they refund the difference. This will be transferred to you as credit on your Ebuyer account for you to spend within the next three months.
