Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (Quidco x Virgin Experience Days - Father's Day)

These terms and conditions (“Rules”) set out how you can enter for a chance to win a Virgin Experience Days voucher (“Prize”) by making a qualifying purchase via Quidco (the “Promotion”).

Promoter and Provider

• The promoter of this Promotion is Quidco Limited, with Registered Company Number 05498276, whose registered office is at MONY Group House, St. David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3UZ (“Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

• The prize provider of this Promotion is Virgin Experience Days , with Registered Company Number 02409444, whose registered office is Stamford House, Boston Drive, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS (“Provider”).

By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Rules and agree to be bound by them.

Promotion period

The Promotion will begin at 00:00 on 08 June 2026 (“Opening Date”) and close at 23:59 on 21 June 2026 (“Closing Date”).

Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

Eligibility

• The promotion is open to UK residents who are aged 18 and over and are verified Quidco members at the time of entry.

• Employees of the Promoter Quidco, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.

• We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility, including age and residence, and to disqualify any entrant who does not provide such proof upon request.

How to enter

To enter the Promotion, you must:

• Click through Quidco to a participating retailer; and

• Make a purchase with a minimum transaction value of £60 (excluding delivery fees, taxes and any other excluded costs) during the Promotion period; and

• Ensure your purchase tracks successfully online or via the app through your Quidco account.

• A purchase that satisfies the above requirements will be a “Qualifying Entry”.

• There is no limit to the number of entries a customer may earn, provided each entry corresponds to a separate qualifying purchase. Prize

• There will be one (1) winner.

• The winner will receive a Virgin Experience Days voucher (the “Prize”) with a value of £100.

The winner will have a choice of;

The Prize:

• is non-transferable and non-exchangeable;

• has no cash alternative; and

• must be used in accordance with the provider’s terms.

• Any additional costs associated with redeeming the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid Qualifying Entries using a computer-generated process.

• The draw will take place within 14 days of the Closing Date.

• The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Quidco account.

• Once the winner has responded to the notification, the winner's name and email address will be provided to Provider, and they will receive the e-voucher within 7 days.

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

We may publish the winner’s surname and county on our website or social media pages. If you object to this, please contact us. We may still be required to provide this information to regulators.

Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• any failure of tracking of purchases via Quidco;

• technical issues affecting entry; or

• any loss or damage suffered as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.

• Nothing in these Rules excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. General

• No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.

• We reserve the right to vary, cancel or modify the prize draw and/or the terms and conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the prize draw (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute. This includes purchases that may be fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

• We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that we do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our own negligence.

• Quidco’s decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final.

• These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
