How can I downgrade to a Basic account?
You can downgrade to a Basic account effective immediately at any time but you will lose your Premium benefits - including topped-up cashback rates across the site.
If you already hold a Premium account and you've not yet upgraded to our newest Premium membership, you won't be able to downgrade until one year from when you first upgraded. You can still upgrade to our newest Premium membership at any time.
How do I upgrade to a Premium account?
You can upgrade to a Premium account by updating your settings preferences at any time or by clicking Upgrade Now above.

We will retain up to £1 of your cashback earnings per month when you're actively using Quidco. If you have not made a transaction in a month you will continue to be a Premium member but your account will be free from monthly Premium retention fees.
What are the benefits of a Premium membership?
Our Premium accounts benefit from up to 10% top-up on cashback rates, earning members even more cashback with Quidco. Premium members also get up to 20% higher payout bonuses, double the difference top-up on our Highest Cashback Guarantee and ad-free browsing, all for £1 of cashback per active month.
In exchange for the extra benefits that a Premium account offer, we will retain up to £1 of your cashback earnings per active month on Quidco. If you take a break from shopping, you will continue to be Premium but there is no fee. No payment will ever be taken from your bank account to cover membership fees.
If you currently hold a pre-existing Premium account, you will continue to receive the old Premium account benefits. If you would prefer to upgrade and benefit from the new Premium account before then, you can do so by clicking Upgrade above, or in your account settings. Any fees retained towards your old Premium account membership will not be returned.
Why does Quidco retain a cashback fee for being a Premium member?
The £1 that we retain from your monthly cashback earnings goes towards making your Quidco experience even better. It partially funds the increased rates and bonuses you receive, which is why we only take £1 in months that you've actively made purchases with us.
