By entering into this free prize draw competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

To enter the prize draw, participants must log in to their Quidco account and play the ‘Black Friday Match 3’ online game during the promotional period. To qualify for entry participants must: (i) score higher than the daily target score, (ii); and provide their name and email address. Each valid entry will be recorded on a leaderboard, at the end of the campaign, eight winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. This prize draw is open to all UK residents, except for employees of Quidco, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.

The prize draw starts on 24/11/2025 at 00:00:00 (GMT) and will run until 01/12/2025 at 23:59:59 (GMT). Entries made after this time will not be accepted.

There are eight (8) prizes of £1,000 each to be won. Eight (8) winners will be selected, and each prize will be credited to the winner’s Quidco account.

The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another person ,and no alternative or substitute prize will be offered. 

The decision of Quidco regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners will be contacted via the email registered to their Quidco account. Should there be no response to this email within 48 hours or should the email be returned as undeliverable for any reason, including but not limited to an invalid email address, Quidco reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.

Further details may be required before payment is made. Quidco will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize into your Quidco account.

By entering this promotion you give permission for Quidco to post your first name and last name on our website and social media outlets should you win the prize draw.

By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

The winners will be drawn at random from the pool of eligible entrants.

Quidco reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the prize draw and/or the terms and conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the prize draw (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Quidco is also entitled to vary the prize if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prizes as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered.

Quidco does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Quidco does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

Quidco does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. Upon receipt, all responsibilities relating to the prize are that of the prize winner.

Uses of personal data received by Quidco in the course of the promotion are subject to Quidco’s Privacy Policy.

Quidco holds a list of account holders eligible for this promotion. Ineligible account holders will not receive communications regarding the promotion from Quidco.

Quidco reserves the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute. This includes purchases that may be fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
