Cashback do's and don'ts
DO's
- The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 30 days of the transaction
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Bookings must be made fully by the customer
- Maximum cashback of £150 redeemable for both flights and holidays
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, any other charges and any part payment benefits (example AVIOS and existing credit)
- Cashback will be issued after the flown/stayed date that was booked
- Amendments to travel/stay dates won’t affect cashback but it shall be issued after the travel date
- We will make all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of commission on a transaction, but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard
DON'Ts
- A booking that is just for an experience. Experiences must be booked along with flight+car or flight+hotel
- Any cancellation of your flight, hotel and/or car will result in not getting cashback
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by the publisher
- Cashback is not eligible on Gold, Silver, GGL or Premium Club membership for Flight Only bookings
- Cashback is not eligble on the following Flight Only routes: Heathrow - LHR-NQY, LHR-MAN, LHR-NCL, LHR-BHD, LHR-GLA, LHR-EDI, LHR-ABZ, LHR-INV, LHR-JER, London City - LCY-BHD, LCY-EDI, LCY-GLA, LCY-GCI, LCY-JER, London Gatwick - LGW-GLA, LGW-JER, Southampton - SOU-EDI, Edinburgh - EDI-GCI, EDI-JER
