My cashback hasn't tracked automatically

All Quidco transactions made online are tracked by third party organisations called affiliate networks, who do so using cookies (small pieces of data dropped by a website into a users browser). In the main, tracking takes place smoothly, but there are a range of issues which can cause problems. To reduce such tracking issues we suggest reading the following tips.

On the rare occasion that issues in automatic tracking arise; you can submit a manual cashback claim using our easy-to-use submission form.

Follow the 4 simple steps:

Use the drop down list to select the retailer / transaction which has failed to track and then select the type of claim.
Tip: Please give your transaction at least 3 days to track and ensure that you raise your claim within 7 weeks of making the purchase before submitting a claim
To the best of your recollection, select the date and time that you made your purchase having visited the retailer via Quidco.
Select the cashback rate (or rates if you purchased multiple items) pertaining to item(s) you purchased and then enter the amount you spent on the purchase. Alternatively, if you bought items with fixed cashback amounts (e.g. £50 cashback) select the cashback amounts and the quantity bought.
Finally, enter the information requested by the retailer - for example, your order reference number as provided by the retailer in their confirmation of purchase email.
Tip: The number must be submitted in the format specified by the blue instructional text.
