More about Confused.com Car Insurance

Confused.com car insurance cashback

Confused.com became the first insurance comparison site in 2002, and it is now one of the leading car insurance comparison sites in the UK.

They don’t just deal with car comparisons, as they also help customers by providing unbiased comparisons of a variety of different insurance products, such as home and life.

They follow the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules to ensure that you receive fair and honest information. Furthermore, everyone they work with is also FCA approved and fully regulated.

Quidco and Confused.com have partnered to provide customers with cashback on the money that you spend on their website.

5 Reasons to sign up with Confused.com

1. Quidco cashback

If you sign up for Confused.com via Quidco, you can receive £30 cashback for purchasing a new genuine car insurance policy. Ensure that you regularly check the Quidco website, as the rate may change at any time.

2. Excellent reviews

Confused.com has an excellent review rating on Trustpilot with 73% of reviews ranking their experience as excellent and 13% rating it as great.

This equates to a 4.4 out of 5 rating. Therefore, Confused.com is seen as a very reliable company and you can rest assured that they will provide a quality service.

3. Comprehensive car insurance

Comprehensive car insurance is the top level of insurance you can get for your car. This provides cover for you and your vehicle if you are involved in an accident, no matter who was at fault.

You will also be covered if your vehicle is stolen, vandalised or damaged by fire. In addition to this, it is common to find that comprehensive insurance works out cheaper or as cheap as third-party policies, with far more benefits.

4. Large range of comparisons

Confused.com compares up to 140 trusted insurance providers to find the cheapest possible deals for customers. They compare well known companies such as AA, Admiral, Churchill, and Brightside.

This is in addition to some lesser known companies that may provide better value for money and that is what Confused.com can help you find.

Discounts and cashback with Confused.com

Car insurance customers with Confused.com could save up to £341 through their trusted comparisons. They also guarantee to beat your renewal price if you purchase a car, van or home insurance policy through Confused.com.

The only condition is for the new policy to be a like-for-like match to the old one. If they are unable to do this, they will pay the difference, plus £20!

If you want to make even more cashback, consider using Quidco Compare to find great value insurance quotes instead. With our comparison tool, you can find cheap car insurance quotes, trusted insurers, and get £35 cashback.

Confused.com FAQs

How do I retrieve my quotes?

You can find your recent quotes by logging in to your account. There will be a quotes tab in your account, which shows a dropdown menu with different insurances listed.

You can click on any of the insurances listed to see your quotes for each one.

If you select “view/refresh prices”, we will resend your details to the insurance providers, so that we can get the latest prices. Please ensure that you check your details before getting your prices.

You can receive new quotes by selecting the “new quote” button.

Why did my quote price increase on the providers website?

Insurance providers may offer you additional services, such as breakdown cover or legal protection. If either of these are chosen, the price may increase.

It may also increase if you change any of your details, such as your occupation. This makes it crucial to check your policy details carefully.

If your price has increased without you adding additional charges, please contact us and we can look into the matter.
