When does my insurance start and end?

Cancellation cover for your trip begins from the start date stated on your Policy Schedule or at the time of booking your trip. This ends with the commencement of your trip. 

The remainder of your policy cover begins with the commencement of your insured trip and ends on the agreed date. This should be until the end of your trip, at the latest.

How many times can I travel on my annual multi trip policy?

For non-winter sports travel, you can travel as often as you like, as long as each trip does not exceed the maximum trip duration applicable to the policy that you have chosen.

This is typically 24 days per trip for Standard, Standard Plus and Bronze policies, and 31 days for all the higher policies. 

However, for winter sports travel, you can only travel for up to 17 days with the Standard, Standard Plus and Bronze policies. This is if it’s within the period of insurance, which can be taken as one trip or a number of trips.
