Who do Currys price match with?

The Currys Price Promise means the retailer will match prices up to seven days after you’ve made a purchase if you find your item cheaper elsewhere. That includes prices at major competitors such as Amazon, Tesco, Argos, John Lewis, and more. Use the Currys Compare Prices app to check you’re getting the best deal.

How much is Currys delivery?

There are free delivery options for both small and large items bought at Currys, plus a range of paid options if you prefer to choose when your item will be delivered. This applies to all items ordered in-store or online.

Can I cancel a Curry order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't yet been dispatched. Just call Currys hotline to arrange cancellation, you can find the number on their website. If the purchase has been dispatched, you'll need to use the returns process (see below).

Can I return a Currys purchase?

Yes. Currys offers full refunds on unwanted products returned within 21 days of delivery, as long as they are returned unopened and are accompanied with proof of purchase. You can take your purchase to a Currys store, or arrange a free collection by calling their hotline or emailing customer services, you can find the contact details on Currys website. If you've opened the product to inspect it, you'll need to return it within 14 days, and return it 'as new' in its original packaging. The return period for faulty products is 30 days.

When is Currys open?

Stores commonly open from 09:00 to 20:00, but this can vary from store to store, so it's worth checking the exact hours of your local store before you visit. Remember you can shop online 24/7 and have your purchase delivered straight to your door for free, pay a little extra to pick a time that’s convenient for you, or simply pop into your nearest store to collect it.
