How can I find out the opening hours for my nearest GAME?

You can find out when any GAME store opens and closes by locating it using the store finder on the GAME website. Once you’ve found your store, click “Details” to see a list of its weekly opening hours. Be aware that opening hours may be subject to change during public holidays.

How can I check the stock levels of a certain item?

It's easy to do this from the product page. You can enter your postcode to find out whether the item is available for click and reserve in your area. Then simply click the “check stock” button to see which nearby stores you can currently collect from.

Where can I buy GAME gift cards, and can I use them to pay online?

You can purchase a GAME gift card in-store or from the GAME website. Gift cards are available in values of £5 up to £50. You can use gift cards to pay for anything in store or online, with the exception of pre-order purchases.

To use your gift card when making an online payment, go to the checkout and tick the “Redeem Gift Card” box. You’ll then have to enter both the nineteen-digit number on the back of your gift card and the four-digit PIN found under the scratch-off foil panel.

Does GAME have a price match service?

GAME runs a pre-order price guarantee on pre-order items. If the price increases for a game you have pre-ordered, you will still pay the original price; if the price of a pre-order goes down after you sign up, GAME will charge you the lower price.
