Cashback do's and don'ts
DO's
- Cashback is not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees, occasionally some may pay cashback on the full basket amount. When a minimum spend threshold is required to be eligible for cashback, retailers do not count VAT and fees in the total spend amount
- Cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal
- Cashback is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online
- Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
- Most transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 45 days of the transaction.
- Cashback may initially track at a lower or higher rate and update to the correct rate on confirmation
- Cashback is not issued by the merchant. If you have any queries regarding cashback or payments, please contact Quidco Customer Support directly and not the merchant
- Even though we do our best to keep the information on this page up to date, it may be out of date from time to time.
- If you purchase products across multiple cashback rates in one session, the lowest rate will track against the full 'basket' amount

Genes Reunited records stretch as far back as the first censuses in England in 1837. A census is conducted once a decade by the government to tabulate statistics and demographic groups of the country, but it had an unintended side effect.
With the proper research and tracing, Genes Reunited birth records, marriage records, and death certificates can provide an accurate picture of how your family lived in different times. If any of your ancestors fought in a war or ran for public office, Genes Reunited electoral rolls, and records of conscription can help you find out. You can also discover if your bloodline was instrumental in changing the course of history.
How much is Genes Reunited to join?
The standard membership costs £4.95 per month, and unlocks all the features of the Genes Reunited app. However, you can pay for six months in advance for £14.95, or pay for an entire year and enjoy maximum savings by only paying £19.95. The annual package nets you savings of £39.95.
Standard membership will give you the same benefits of the platinum subscription, but with curtailed features for indexed death, marriage, and birth records. For a clearer picture of how your ancestors lived back then, you’ll need a little bit more.
Platinum membership costs £19.95 per month or £79.95 per year. Buying the annual package will net you savings of £159.45, the biggest bargain among all available plans. With a platinum membership, you’ll be able to:
- Reach out to other Genes Reunited members if they come up in your search results
- View other member’s family trees when invited
- Attach scanned images and photos to your family tree
- Access to indexed marriage, birth, and death records as far back as 1837
- Access to Scotland’s census data as far back as 1841
- Access death, marriage, and birth records overseas
You can add to your platinum membership if you wish to see parish records, military conscriptions, and travel records of your ancestors and distant relatives. You can also see if they were ever in a British newspaper for a few quid more.
