Refund guarantee

If your holiday is cancelled, you can get a full refund on your money order within 35 days of purchase. Simply pop into a John Lewis de Change bureau and bring your ID, proof of cancellation and your receipt or order confirmation to a John Lewis Bureau de Change near you.
