DO's

  • There are no adverse listings on your credit report
  • You are 18 or older

Clients may alternatively apply for PayPal credit if their purchases exceed £99. These accounts are not interest-free, and clients may choose a term of up to four months.

Shipping and returns

Order your watch before the cut-off time today, and you’ll receive it the next day. All deliveries within the UK are free of charge.

The returns policy is uncomplicated. As long as the watch is unworn and has not been engraved, you may return it for a full refund. There are some exclusions for sale items. Should the watch show any signs of wear, you will not get a full refund.  

Every watch carries the manufacturer’s guarantee. Jura is an authorised retailer, so they can assist if anything should go wrong. Simply post the item back, or drop it off at one of their stores.
