A whole lot of love for La Redoute!
If you think those Europeans are a little more stylish than us Brits, I thoroughly recommend La Redoute if you're looking for stylish clothes that are a little more 'Je ne sais quoi' than the average British high street retailers. The Yorkshire based customer service is good too and as another reviewer has already pointed out there are frequently offers and discounts which mean that there are some great deals offered. Just be mindful that although you order in British sizing, I think sometimes this doesn't translate into their European sizing quite smoothly and can differ to what you may expect! I usually order a couple of size variants around the one I am expecting to fit, and return (quickly & easily) the ones which don't fit. The credit account facility means you only pay for what you keep, not what you order to try, which is also a great feature.
Impressed
First time shopping here but due to their 40% sale on everything I made the most of it. Got to say I was very impressed with the experience. Website is fluid to use on both desktop and mobile. Delivery of products was swift. Reasonable prices on some great products. Will use again for sure.
La Redoute refusal
Purchased items in November 2015, and Quidco tracked a Cashback for me. La Redoute has refused to pay the Cash back without explanation. This was still an Outstanding query with LaRedoute as at end of March 2016. The claim was refused in May 2016, without any explanation from LaRoute.
