Who owns Missguided?

Missguided is owned by Nitin Passi, who founded the company in 2009.

Does Missguided have any physical stores?

Yes. Missguided currently has two UK stores (located in London and Kent's Bluewater shopping centre), along with three concessions in Manchester and Birmingham. Click on the Store Locator on the Missguided website to see more information about each location, including their addresses and opening times. But remember, you can still shop online with Missguided wherever and whenever you like – and shopping online allows you to qualify for our Missguided cashback deals.

What delivery options does Missguided offer and how long will my purchase take to arrive?

When you place your order, you’ll be able to choose between UK Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery (available when you place your order before 11pm). Standard delivery is free on orders over £40, and there's a small fee for lower-value orders. Standard delivery parcels take three to five working days to arrive. You can also pay extra for Sunday delivery or for Evening Next Day Delivery, which allows you to receive your purchase the next day even when you order between 11pm and midnight. Or, if you prefer, you can use the Missguided Click and Collect service to pick up your parcel from a collection point the day after ordering.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, go to the “Where’s my order?” tool on the Missguided website. Enter your order number and postcode to see an estimate of when your parcel will arrive. You’ll also receive an email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse.

How do I return my purchase if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about something you’ve purchased online with Missguided, returning it is easy and absolutely free. You can return an item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging and no tags have been removed. Use the trackable returns label contained in your original delivery package or download and print a new one from the Missguided website. Fill in the reason for your return, attach the label and you’re good to go. Allow ten days for your parcel to be returned. Once it has reached Missguided, your refund should turn up in your account in two to five days.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order you won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can still return unwanted items and claim a refund. Note that returning an item could invalidate your cashback.

I missed my chance to buy an item. Will Missguided restock it?

Missguided brings back lots of popular items that have sold out. If you missed the chance to buy something you liked the look of, keep an eye on the “Back in stock” page of the Missguided New In section to see if it returns. To avoid missing out in the first place, make sure you look at the “Last chance to buy” page, which lists all the items that aren’t going to be around for much longer.
