Moonpig Delivery

Moonpig’s card delivery options range from First Class to Special Delivery and Special Delivery Saturday – both of which allow you to nominate a day for your card or gift to be delivered on. Except for bank holidays, any cards ordered before 4pm (Monday to Friday) and 12pm on Saturday are sent out the same day.

If you select the 'Order by 7.30pm First Class' option and place your order between 4pm and 7:30pm, Moonpig expects that 90% of First Class cards will be delivered the next day. However, they do state that it can take up to three working days depending on the location or during peak times.

For selected flower deliveries, if you order by 7pm (Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays) you can get free delivery the next day by courier. These delivery options aren’t available for gifts though, so do check the delivery Info page and consider the time it takes for delivery before ordering for a specific date.

For alcohol purchases, orders are tracked via the Royal Mail Tracked service and these can take between one to two days for delivery. However, some orders can be upgraded to Courier delivery.

Moonpig Rewards

You can sign up to Moonpig Rewards to start collecting Reward Rockets which will enable you to get a personalised card. 

Every time you shop, you get a Rocket Reward, and when you get six of them, you will be given a free standard size personalised card. 

You choose the kind of card you like, and you only pay for postage. You can also use Moonpig discount codes to cut on costs when applicable.

Moonpig App Deals

When you shop at Moonpig through the app, you also get the same deals and use Moonpig promo codes as on the main website.
