Poor retail, avoid
Poor customer service. Did not arrive until 2pm, despite paying for pre-12 shipping. Refused to give refund. Several emails unanswered. Avoid
Non-existent customer service
This company used to be so efficient, but not anymore. Now the website does not show when items are out of stock, so you order in good faith and the company takes your payment in full. Weeks go by and customer service keep stringing you along. When you try to cancel the order as they cannot tell you when items will be back in stock, they then say it will take a full billing cycle to process your refund. I no longer recommend using them.
