Overview

1. This offer is available to a UK resident who has not previously established an account at www.quidco.com (“You”).
2. In order to obtain the Offer Benefits, before the Offer Deadline You must both:
• Register an account at www.quidco.com (“Quidco”), including agreeing to our Account Holder Agreement and Privacy Policy (together, “Our Agreement”), for the first time (“Your Account”);and • Make a Qualifying Purchase via a Quidco High Street Merchant through the relevant merchant link at https://www.quidco.com/quidco-high-street/how-it-works/ using Your Account. A Qualifying Purchase is one which has a value of £10 or more, is tracked by us, and is confirmed by the Retailer and verified in accordance with our normal practices.
3. The Offer Deadline is 30th April 2016.
4. The Offer Benefits are:
• £10 Cashback – this will be added to the Balance on Your Account, normally by the 20th day of the month after the calendar month in which Your Qualifying Purchase is completed and verified
5. We are entitled to take such steps as we deem appropriate to ensure that people who purport to participate in this offer have not previously established an account with us, and to exclude them from the offer and from receiving Offer Benefits.
6. The opportunity to obtain the Offer Benefits will lapse if you do not meet the timescales for establishing Your Account and making a Qualifying Purchase in accordance with Paragraph 2 above.
7. This offer is limited to the first 2,000 registrations.
8. Quidco reserve the right to withdraw this registration offer.
9. This offer, the Offer Benefits and all use of Quidco is governed by Our Agreement.
