DO's
- Cashback is not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees, occasionally some may pay cashback on the full basket amount. When a minimum spend threshold is required to be eligible for cashback, retailers do not count VAT and fees in the total spend amount
- Cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal
- Cashback is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online
- Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
- Most transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 45 days of the transaction.
- Cashback may initially track at a lower or higher rate and update to the correct rate on confirmation

Despite the standard industry delivery time of up to six weeks, Simply Log Cabins can deliver most of its cabins within seven days. The company can hold the building in its warehouse until you are ready for it, then send it through UK Mainland delivery. If you give Simply Log Cabins your postcode, it will even tell you the exact day that its drivers will deliver to your area so you can be ready to construct your cabin immediately.

All of the log cabins, pavilions, and sheds on the web site are delivered in kits and require assembly. A friendly driver will come to the closest spot possible to unload your kit on large pallets. You can also ask the driver to deliver on your property, including in your driveway, but be aware that you are responsible for any potential damage to surfaces.
Assembly may require heavy lifting, working at heights, and other risks, so are sure to take safety precautions when erecting your log cabin. Simply Log Cabins includes comprehensive assembly instructions with each product, but you can contact its customer support team to answer any questions if you need help.

Simply Log Cabins uses natural timber that mainly consists of North European Spruce for its cabins and a combination of pine and spruce in its sheds. When you purchase these building kits, you should be aware that they are susceptible to ambient moisture and other natural factors.
To protect from splits, cracks, or warping, ask about the option for factory-applied timber treatment. Another option is to apply timber treatment at the site and at least once a year after the initial assembly.

If you order three or more cabins at one time, you can receive a bulk-buy discount on your order. Customers usually have a forklift available to off-load these building kits, but Simply Log Cabins can deliver your order on a truck that has a forklift if you need one. Your maximum discount will depend on the volume of the cabins you purchase.
