Delayed Cashback?

Cashback has been delayed pending a decision not sure why but its a shame that because it might deter me to take out the service for another year. I hope to hear asap as I don't think there can be any plausible reason for delaying the payment.

Cashback delayed

Like the other reviewer, my cashback is also 'being reviewed' after joining in July, I am now being told to expect payment by January. Shame on Simply Health & Quidco, as there is no reason this cashback should be getting reviewed or taken so long.

Delayed cashback

The cashback was delayed, I have had this policy for a year and paid the last monthly payment, I have decided not to renew as I still haven't had the cashback. Simply health should be ashamed of themselves for offering cashback and not delivering.! Thought I might have had this cashback by now as policy finished over two months ago but still waiting, this has now been 14 months since I took it out, if you are deciding whether to take this out and are factoring the cost including the cashback I wouldn't bother as it seems that they have no intention of paying it.

Terms & conditions

  • Cashback is only available to new customers who have gone through Quidco, viewed the price options online and then completed the purchase online. Sales made via the telephone will not be eligible for cash back.
  • Simplyhealth cashback can only be paid to you if you have your Quidco payment settings set up as the 'BACS' payment method.
  • This programme is being monitored. Any accounts making fraudulent applications will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
  • There is a maximum of two transactions that will receive cashback payments on this campaign, in any 12 month period.
  • Only clicks generated from inside the UK will be accepted onto this campaign.   
  • After clicking through to the Simplyhealth website from the link, you must complete the transaction within 30 days.
  • The Simplyhealth standard eligibility criteria applies.
  • Make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window. Whilst the vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' query within 90 days of the transaction, as we will be unable to chase up older claims.
  • Cashback will not be paid if the policy is fraudulent, e.g. has been purchased with stolen or fabricated personal details
  • Renewals do not qualify for cashback.
  • All transactions will be validated by Simplyhealth. There is a 3-month validation period from policy start date, after which Simplyhealth will ensure the policy is valid and that all payments due to them have been received. On meeting this criteria, any valid tracked purchases will be confirmed.
  • Cashback rates are subject to change, both up and down.
  • Cashback will not be paid if the policy has been cancelled.
  • Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.
  • Cashback may not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes or any other additional charges
