Returns

You have 30 days from when you receive confirmation that your goods have been sent to return any items to Stradivarius. You can either return your goods to any UK Stradivarius store or to any drop-off point option they provide. 

For the first 14 days after your delivery date, your first return is free of charge, any returns made after this period will have £3.95 reduced from the refund total you would receive.

When you place your order, you’ll have the option to make the purchase as a guest or sign in/create an account, and depending on what you choose will determine how you can make your return.

If you need to make a return you made as a guest, you’ll have to request a return label by filling out the required information. If you have an account, you’ll need to sign in and click through to return products and select the order that has the items you want to return.
