Opening hours may change during public holidays, but you can always shop 24/7 on The Body Shop website.

How much is delivery and how long will it take for my purchases to arrive?

When you shop online with The Body Shop, you’ll have several delivery options to choose from. Super Saver Delivery will see your purchases arrive in three to five working days. Standard Delivery takes two to three working days and Express Delivery means you’ll receive your purchases the very next day if you order before 11am between Monday and Thursday. The Body Shop also runs a Saturday delivery service if you order before 2pm on a Thursday.

Does The Body Shop offer refunds?

Yes, if you change your mind about a product you’ve bought, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund as long as it is unopened. If you open a product and find there’s a problem with it, you have 28 days to return it and receive your refund. You can return items in store or by post. For postal returns, you will need to download and complete a returns form.

Where can I buy a Body Shop gift card and can I redeem one online?

You can purchase Body Shop gift cards in The Body Shop stores across the country. Unfortunately, you can’t buy or redeem gift cards online, but you can still use The Body Shop website to check your balance. Is The Body Shop cruelty-free?

Yes, campaign partner Cruelty Free International certify all The Body Shop’s products are cruelty-free. The Leaping Bunny logo you’ll see on The Body Shop’s packaging means no animal testing was involved in the production.

Is The Body Shop vegan?

While all The Body Shop’s products are guaranteed vegetarian, other animal ingredients, like honey, are used in some products. However, you’ll still find a large collection of items that are completely free of any animal products in the vegan section of The Body Shop’s website.
