Why shop with Ticketmaster?
Ticketmaster UK has been selling tickets to major events since it started in Arizona in 1976, launching in the UK in 1981. It merged with Live Nation, the world’s largest concert promoter, in 2010 to bring tickets to even more events around the world. Ticketmaster helps millions of fans attend all sorts of events each year, from local gigs to major sports fixtures.
On top of this, when you visit the Ticketmaster website, you’ll find reviews, entertainment news, and additional services from Ticketmaster’s various trusted partners. And with Quidco cashback to earn on tickets, booking with Ticketmaster just got even better.
From Wimbledon to concerts to theatre, Ticketmaster has it all
Wherever you are in the UK, make Ticketmaster your first stop for finding out about the most exciting events going on near you. Select your region at the top-left of the page and you’ll be able to browse tickets for concerts, plays, dance shows and other live entertainment happening locally, whether you’re looking for gigs in Glasgow, comedy in Cardiff or ballet in Belfast.
When it comes to sport, Ticketmaster has you covered, with tickets to huge events such as Wimbledon, along with matches for everything from NFL to cricket and wrestling.
The ticketing service you can trust
When you buy tickets with Ticketmaster, you can rest assured that your tickets are 100% verified. Ticketmaster only sells tickets directly from artists, promoters and venues. So you can be certain that what you see is what you get, with none of the risks involved with buying from private sellers.
You'll get top-notch Ticketmaster customer service when you book, so if you need help with exchanges, refunds or lost tickets then it'll be on hand. Crucially, booking with Ticketmaster means you can have the peace of mind of knowing that, if for any reason an event is cancelled, you’ll get all your money back – it's usually transferred automatically with the Ticketmaster refund policy for most events.

The easiest way to buy your tickets is through the Ticketmaster website. You can also book over the phone, but you’ll need to follow our links and book on the Ticketmaster site to be able to earn cashback.
How can I access Ticketmaster presale tickets?
Presale tickets are only available for selected events. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfer is possible for some but not all events. Log into your Ticketmaster account to review your orders and, if it’s possible to transfer, you’ll be able to click the Transfer button next to your ticket. If you buy a ticket and change your mind, Ticketmaster usually operates a 72-hour cooling off period, during which you have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund by filling in an online refund form. This only applies on tickets bought more than two weeks prior to the event. Make sure to read the Ticketmaster terms and conditions, as some events may have a no-refunds policy.
Can I exchange my ticket or change my seat?
It depends on the event. For a small fee, you can often swap or upgrade to a better seat at the same event by filling in an exchange form online. See your specific event details for more information.
How do I pay for tickets using my Ticketmaster gift card?
To use your Ticketmaster gift card, head to the online checkout as usual once you’ve selected your tickets. Then check the “Add a gift card” option and enter your gift card number and PIN. If there's anything left to pay after you've used up your gift card balance, you can top up with the usual payment options.
When will my Ticketmaster tickets arrive?
This depends on when the tickets are dispatched for your event. To find out if your ticket has been dispatched, visit the Ticketmaster Live Ticket Delivery Updates page. Ticketmaster will then usually send your ticket to you by standard post, so it should arrive within three working days. If your ticket still hasn’t arrived three days before the event, contact Ticketmaster and they’ll sort it out for you.
