Ticketmaster UK has been selling tickets to major events since it started in Arizona in 1976, launching in the UK in 1981. It merged with Live Nation, the world’s largest concert promoter, in 2010 to bring tickets to even more events around the world. Ticketmaster helps millions of fans attend all sorts of events each year, from local gigs to major sports fixtures. On top of this, when you visit the Ticketmaster website, you’ll find reviews, entertainment news, and additional services from Ticketmaster’s various trusted partners. And with Quidco cashback to earn on tickets, booking with Ticketmaster just got even better.
Wherever you are in the UK, make Ticketmaster your first stop for finding out about the most exciting events going on near you. Select your region at the top-left of the page and you’ll be able to browse tickets for concerts, plays, dance shows and other live entertainment happening locally, whether you’re looking for gigs in Glasgow, comedy in Cardiff or ballet in Belfast. And when it comes to sport, Ticketmaster has you covered, with tickets to huge events such as Wimbledon, along with matches for everything from NFL to cricket and wrestling.
When you buy tickets with Ticketmaster, you can rest assured that your tickets are 100% verified. Ticketmaster only sells tickets directly from artists, promoters and venues. So you can be certain that what you see is what you get, with none of the risks involved with buying from private sellers. You'll get top-notch Ticketmaster customer service when you book, so if you need help with exchanges, refunds or lost tickets then it'll be on hand. Crucially, booking with Ticketmaster means you can have the peace of mind of knowing that, if for any reason an event is cancelled, you’ll get all your money back – it's usually transferred automatically with the Ticketmaster refund policy for most events.
You’ll never be stuck for things to do with the kids thanks to Ticketmaster’s special section dedicated to family events and attractions. You'll also find tickets to attractions, from museums to landmarks like the Tower of London.
Since 2008, Ticketmaster has partnered with GET ME IN!, an online ticket marketplace that lets you buy and sell event tickets. GET ME IN! provides a secure system for reselling tickets that’s hassle-free for both buyers and sellers. It’s the place to check if you’ve just missed out on a seat at a sold-out event, or if you’ve bought a non-refundable ticket for an event you can no longer attend and want to sell it on. Remember to read through our terms and conditions before you buy, as certain purchases may be excluded from our cashback offers.

Yes. All tickets sold through Ticketmaster are legit and come directly from artists and venues. If the event is cancelled, Ticketmaster will make sure that you receive a full refund.
The easiest way to buy your tickets is through the Ticketmaster website. You can also book over the phone, but you’ll need to follow our links and book on the Ticketmaster site to be able to earn cashback.
Presale tickets are only available for selected events. Many artists or events will have a presale sign-up option, where you register and receive a special code by email or text as soon as presale tickets become available. You can then enter this code on the Ticketmaster website to buy your tickets before general release. The best way to access presale information is to search for your event on the Ticketmaster website.
Ticket transfer is possible for some but not all events. Log into your Ticketmaster account to review your orders and, if it’s possible to transfer, you’ll be able to click the Transfer button next to your ticket. Enter the email address of the person you’d like to transfer your ticket to and Ticketmaster will send them a message. Ticketmaster will alert you as soon as they accept the transfer and your original ticket will no longer be valid.
Yes. If you can no longer attend an event and would like to sell your ticket, visit the Ticketmaster GET ME IN! marketplace. Read the seller’s guide to find out how to list your tickets and send them off to receive cash. You can also earn cashback with Quidco on GET ME IN! sales – check our GET ME IN! page for our current offers.
If you buy a ticket and change your mind, Ticketmaster usually operates a 72-hour cooling off period, during which you have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund by filling in an online refund form. This only applies on tickets bought more than two weeks prior to the event. Make sure to read the Ticketmaster terms and conditions, as some events may have a no-refunds policy.
It depends on the event. For a small fee you can often swap or upgrade to a better seat at the same event by filling in an exchange form online. See your specific event details for more information.
To use your Ticketmaster gift card, head to the online checkout as usual once you’ve selected your tickets. Then check the “Add a gift card” option and enter your gift card number and PIN. If there's anything left to pay after you've used up your gift card balance, you can top up with the usual payment options.
This depends on when the tickets are dispatched for your event. To find out if your ticket has been dispatched, visit the Ticketmaster Live Ticket Delivery Updates page. Ticketmaster will then usually send your ticket to you by standard post, so it should arrive within three working days. If your ticket still hasn’t arrived three days before the event, contact Ticketmaster and they’ll sort it out for you.
