Cashback do's and don'ts
DO's
- Cashback is not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees, occasionally some may pay cashback on the full basket amount. When a minimum spend threshold is required to be eligible for cashback, retailers do not count VAT and fees in the total spend amount
- Cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal
- Cashback is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online
- Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
- Most transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 45 days of the transaction.
- Cashback may initially track at a lower or higher rate and update to the correct rate on confirmation

The company accepts Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and PayPal. Financing options are also available. Qualifying loans over 6 months attract 0% interest. When you check out and select your financing options, you’ll see whether you qualify or not.
Choose between:
- 0% Finance + 0% Deposit: No money down, and pay the balance off in between 6 and 36 months
- 0% Finance + 10% Deposit: Put down just 10% of the order value, and you pay off the balance over 48 months
- 15.9% Finance + 10% Deposit: Pay 10% of the balance up front and pay off the rest over 12 to 48 months

The company provides several convenient delivery options:
- Click and collect from the store: This free option allows you to collect your order in Wrexham. You’ll need to provide identification when doing so.
- Click and collect from your post office: Costs for this choice start at £5.94.
- Standard delivery: This option is free for orders over £29.99. For smaller orders, costs begin at £0.59.
- Express special delivery: This option is ideal if you just can't wait. Order before 4:30 pm from Mondays to Friday, and you'll get your purchases the next day. Expect to pay from £0.83 to £11.94 for rushing your order.
