Extremely poor service both from a customer service and deliver service point of view.
I ordered my goods in September 2015 for a delivery date of 20 November and I have only recently been given a deliver date of 23 January 2016! No email or phone call from VP to say that I would not be receiving my goods on 20 November and when I contacted customer services the representative was rude and basically said there was nothing they could do, I did not even receive an apology. To rub salt into the wound they have now declined my cash back.... Stay to say I will not be shopping at VP.
