If your Viking order adds up to more than £30, you’ll get free delivery. If it’s under £30, there’s a small delivery charge. For some areas, Viking can offer same-day delivery on orders received before 10:00. Enter your postcode on the Viking free delivery page to check if your area is eligible. If not, you’ll still get your delivery the next day as long as you order before 18:00. Viking makes deliveries Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00, excluding bank holidays. For most items you can choose a delivery date within five working days.
When you’ve placed your order, you’ll be able to log into your account on the Viking website and track your order in Order History. Click on ‘order details and delivery’ to see the order you want to track. If the delivery is to be made by Viking’s own fleet, the estimated delivery time will be displayed on the website.
