Cashback do's and don'ts
DO's
- Cashback is not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees, occasionally some may pay cashback on the full basket amount. When a minimum spend threshold is required to be eligible for cashback, retailers do not count VAT and fees in the total spend amount
- Cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal
- Cashback is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online
- Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
- Most transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 45 days of the transaction.
- Cashback may initially track at a lower or higher rate and update to the correct rate on confirmation
- Cashback is not issued by the merchant. If you have any queries regarding cashback or payments, please contact Quidco Customer Support directly and not the merchant
- Even though we do our best to keep the information on this page up to date, it may be out of date from time to time.
- If you purchase products across multiple cashback rates in one session, the lowest rate will track against the full 'basket' amount
- Cashback will only track if the merchant can track your purchase to us. This means that you must click the 'Get Cashback link', go straight through to the merchant website and make the purchase in the same session without exiting your internet browser
- The merchant reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of their website
- The cashback offered is only available as shown at the time and the merchant reserves the right to withdraw their offering at any time
- Cashback rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time
DON'Ts
- If you cancel your VOXI SIM plan or return your handset within 30 days of activation, you will not be eligible for cashback
- Cashback will not be eligible if you use an unapproved promotional or voucher code
- Cashback is not available on plan upgrades or renewals
- If you pay for your purchase using a gift card
- If you purchase a gift card & gift vouchers
- If your purchase is not fully completed online
- If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer Cashback rates
- Cashback is available only to new customers. You must also have a VOXI SIM plan activated to be eligible
- Upgrades or purchases of a handset by existing VOXI customers are not eligible for cashback
- To qualify for cashback, the SIM plan must remain active for at least two full payment cycles (i.e., two complete monthly billing periods)
- For customers who purchase both a handset and SIM plan, cashback will be confirmed once the SIM plan has been active for at least two full billing cycles
- If you purchase a SIM-only plan (without a handset), you are still eligible for cashback, provided the plan remains active for two full payment cycles
- Cashback is available for VOXI’s 30-day SIM plans. As with all plans, you must stay active on the plan for at least two full payment cycles for cashback eligibility
- If you order a FREE SIM, you must purchase a paid VOXI plan to be eligible for cashback
- If your cashback doesn’t track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order date
- Cashback may initially track at a lower amount and will be adjusted after the validation process. Cashback rates and eligibility are subject to change, so please review the terms before making your purchase

All our VOXI plans are loaded with Endless Social Media, so our customers can use their favourite social apps without it eating into their data. Our plans are also designed for flexibility, so you can pause, change or cancel your plan at any time.
Love to stream your favourite shows? Our £15+ plans come with Endless Social Video, which lets you watch the things you love without hitting your data limit.
We know that data isn’t the only way you connect with the people that matter most. That’s why all our plans come with Endless calls and texts as standard, keeping you in the loop with your family and friends, no matter where you are.
If you’re fed up with buffering videos and slow download speeds, you’ll love our superfast 5G network. 5G gives you average speeds of up to 150-200Mbps and peak speeds of 1Gbps, meaning that you’ll be able to download a full HD film in around three minutes. All our plans are 5G ready, so as long as you have a 5G enabled phone and can get access to the network in your area, you’re good to go.
How does VOXI work?
Our VOXI plans are simple rolling monthly subscriptions that give you Endless Flexibility. You’ll be charged every 30 days, starting on the day you begin using your SIM, and you can manage your usage and payment details through your online account.
If you choose to buy a phone with us, this doesn’t mean that you’ll lose the flexibility of your plan. It will remain a monthly subscription that you can always control – even if you’re still paying off your phone.
You can use social media apps such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and others, along as you have some general data left, as this keeps your Endless Social Media active.
We currently offer a range of VOXI plans:

- 200GB plan for £20 per month
- Endless Data plan for £30 per month
To join us, create your online account, then order a free SIM card and activate it. You can then choose your plan and enter your contact and payment information.
What network does VOXI use?
As VOXI is a Vodafone brand, you get access to our reliable, award-winning network.
Does VOXI have an app?
VOXI does not currently have an app. Instead, we offer a web-app that opens in the browser of your choice. Here, you can activate your VOXI SIM, log in to your account and more.
