Quick delivery
I ordered the tiles for my bathroom and they were despatched on time and a very pleasant lady from customer services made contact to check delivery etc. I would definitely order from them again. I have had an email from the company saying that they have confirmed my cashback but 5 days later haven't yet received it. That may be a Quidco issue rather than an issue with the company and I trust that it will come through eventually.
Good service - besides the cashback being declined
Glad I didn't choose Walls and Floors because of the cashback as it was declined. I unfortunately noticed after 45 days so there's nothing I can do. A bit annoying.
They always reject cashback where a voucher code is used
I am an advanced Quidco user, but felt I should comment on Walls and Floors cashback policy. They offer sale items on their websites but rather than just lower their prices advertised on their site, they force you to use a voucher to benefit even from a sale item. Because of this, cashback rejected. They wrote to me to tell me personally which was nice of them. However, I had to let them know that they should just mark sale items on their site, rather than make people use codes and, hence, void cashback.
