Zavvi is a trustworthy online retailer with robust delivery and returns policies, and customer guarantees. Does Zavvi accept PayPal?

Yes, Zavvi accepts PayPal. It also takes some other alternative payment options, such as Adyen, and Alipay. How long does Zavvi delivery take?

Standard Zavvi delivery takes 2-3 days, but there are a number of other delivery options to choose from if you would like to receive your item more quickly. That includes both Standard and Premium Next Day delivery options, and even Saturday and Sunday delivery options.

Can I return an item to Zavvi?

Yes. You can return unwanted, incorrect or faulty items within 14 days for a full refund. Unwanted items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging.

Are Zavvi returns free?

It depends on why you're returning the product. Zavvi will refund postage if you're returning a product that was sent in error, that was faulty, or that is a substitution you don't want to keep. If you've just decided you no longer want the item, you can still return it, but Zavvi will not refund the postage costs.
